About The Role

Role Overview:

As a Risk Manager, you will play a critical role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks that could impact LPCH's operations, compliance, and patient safety. You will develop comprehensive risk management frameworks and collaborate with multiple departments to promote a culture of risk awareness and proactive management across all LPCH sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Risk Management Framework: Design and implement a risk management framework that identifies, assesses, and mitigates risks across LPCH, with a focus on patient safety, drug safety, and regulatory compliance.
  • Risk Assessment Matrix: Develop risk assessment matrices using both qualitative and quantitative data, prioritizing risks and ensuring they are appropriately mitigated.
  • Comprehensive Risk Plans: Create and maintain Risk Management Plans (RMPs) addressing pharmacovigilance, compliance with regulatory standards, and operational risks.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, internal departments, and external partners to ensure alignment on risk management initiatives.
  • Training and Development: Develop and deliver risk management training to foster a risk-aware culture across the organization.

About You

  • Proven experience in risk management within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or biotech industries.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as MHRA, GCP, GMP, and GDPR.
  • Exceptional communication and analytical skills, with the ability to present risks and solutions to senior leadership.
  • Experience in creating risk management policies and leading cross-functional teams during crisis management.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, or Risk Management.
  • Certifications in risk management such as IRM or equivalent are highly advantageous.
