About The Role

Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for clinical excellence and operational efficiency? LloydsPharmacy Clinical Homecare are seeking an experienced Clinical Operations Manager to lead and manage our regional nursing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the safe, effective, and compliant delivery of clinical services, whilst driving team performance to meet key business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
 
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a regional team of nursing service managers to deliver high-quality clinical care.
  • Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of clinical services in line with regulatory guidelines and internal standards.
  • Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies.
  • Drive performance by setting clear KPIs and objectives for the team.
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery and excellent patient outcomes.
  • Monitor and report on operational performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement and high standards across the nursing team.

About You

To be successful in this role you'll be:

  • A Registered General Nurse with a valid NMC PIN.
  • Have a full UK driving licence, with the flexibility to travel nationally, including regular travel to the Midlands.
  • Proven experience in managing clinical operations, ideally within a healthcare or homecare environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and drive performance.
  • Excellent understanding of regulatory compliance within a clinical setting.
  • Strong stakeholder management experience, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively.
  • Results-driven, with a focus on hitting KPIs and delivering high-quality patient care.
